Hand Writing

“If you think we are training students in Handwriting for past 20 years

-Sorry we are not-

We are actually helping them to design their attitude and social discipline”

Apparently sequential hand movements, like those used in handwriting, activate large regions of the brain responsible for thinking, language, healing and working memory Handwriting is a multi sensory activity. As you form each letter, your hand shares information with language processing areas in your brain. As your eyes track what you’re writing, you engage these areas.

The Benefits of Cursive- Go Beyond Writing

From our 20 years of expertise, we understood that, Writing processes undergoes all the following:

Planning
Like selecting the words –letters with a particular style
Designing
Framing a sentence, this is not actually how we talk.
Co-ordinating
Connecting all six senses for the act of writing
Recollecting
Visually and emotionally.
Presenting
Giving the best to impress or initiate

And why you need an external expertise
Brain accepts in this way – conceives from something or someone –try that out, looks for a feedback from the source; accepts appreciation and correction from a master –then does it better from the source. So we all need a source who is an expert
Practising
Getting better isn’t just a matter of logging hours. It’s a matter of developing a focused program of targeting your weaknesses and broadening your skill set. We call it “Deliberate Practise”

Handwriting styles vary slightly from one to another. The fact that we are able to read someone elses writing despite they were taught a different writing system basically means that letter formation in different handwriting styles is quite similar. They all contain some basic similarities that everyone can recognize. If styles were too varied, we would not be able to communicate using handwritten words

PRINT

Here letters are not joined.
In this context, the word ̳Printing‘ means writing down un-joined letters by hand which is often confused with the use of ̳Printing Devices‘, so common nowadays.

CURSIVE

Here it is called ̳running writing‘ or ̳joint writing‘, where all letters are joined together. In cursive it is quite possible to write the whole words without taking pen away from the paper.

The Basics of Cursive Writing

Cursive writing is best characterised by letters that are conjoined and flowing together in a cohesive manner for the expressed purpose of writing faster. Experts can write a word in one single complex stroke, but such a skill requires time and practice.

Cursive Writing for Everyone

Students of all ages can learn Cursive writing. However, kids age 7 or younger may need assistance from
an adult. In general, 8 year olds can complete Cursive writing assignments after some assistance and
general direction from a teacher is given. As with any new writing technique, it is important to monitor
the progress of students and then make adjustments as necessary.

From the research done with the school children of Rural and Urban for 15+ long years we understood the
problem of the students and worked out a pattern which is almost the ̳Simple Script‘ format practiced all
over the world.

We are working with the basic alphabet structure –in ̳Writing Cursive‘ for the students which shall help reduce time and increase speed of their writing skills.

Our ultimate focus in teaching cursive is to reduce confusion of alphabets and to have a standard format
of writing till the end of school education.
